HDB’s Professional Engagement and Knowledge-sharing (PEAK) Forum 2019 will be held on Wednesday, 11 September 2019. The PEAK Forum is a platform for the sharing of best industry practices, as well as knowledge on developing a highly liveable environment. As the PEAK Forum is also an annual gathering of building professionals, we are inviting architects, builders,academics and researchers to participate in this event.
The theme for HDB PEAK Forum 2019 is “Driving Greater Productivity through Innovation”, where we will look at the possible and implemented productivity initiatives in the entires pectrum of public housing development. The keynote speaker, Prof Dr Thomas Bock, with more than 38 years of experience in automation research and construction robotics, will share his vision on Construction Automation and Robotics for Singapore’s Future. Ms Zhao Ang, head of the Innovation Center of Glory PKPM, a subsidiary company of China Academy of Building Research, will share on the topic: Research and Practice of BIM Approval and Digital City in China. Er Dr Johnny Wong, Group Director of HDB’s Building Research Institute, will show how HDB has become more productive through innovation, and the HDB Award Winners will share more about their winning projects.
Together with the PEAK Forum, you are invited to view an Exhibition on the works of the HDB’s annual Design Awards, Construction Awards, and Engineering Awards winners. In the afternoon you are invited to join us for the site visits to HDB Centre of Building Research,and two of our Award Winning HDB projects: Oasis Terraces and Tampines Green Ridges.
