We had a combined Programme with 2 modules of the Urban Planning Foundation Course ( UPFC) in the morning, and the seminar on Disruption in the afternoon. The questions from the floor generated a lively panel discussion.
Our panel of speakers were Mr Paul Farmer, Dr Linda Low, Mr Peter Hyland, Mr Tan Cheng Siong, and Mr Brian Jennett. The panel discussion was moderated by SIP President, Ms Evlyn Cheong. |
