SIP PlanEX ASIA

Event Synopsis

All members are invited to attend the inaugural SIP PlanEX ASIA 2024. This event is organized by SIP to spur conversations on Planning challenges in Singapore and across Asia through Exchange and dialogues. It is a hybrid event, in-person (Singapore participants) + online (overseas participants). The SICP Certified Planners Graduation Ceremony will also be held as part of the event.

For this inaugural event, we are engaging all our regional partners including The City Planning Institute of Japan (CPIJ), Hong Kong Planning Institute of Planners (HKIP), Korean Planning Association (KPA), Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors-Planning & Development Division (HKIS-PDD), Malaysia Institute of Planners (MIP) and Indonesia Association of Planners (IAP). We will also extend invitations to other planning institutes in other Asian countries. Locally, we have been supported by URA, who is hosting us at the URA Centre and we are also engaging other planning agencies, such as HDB, JTC, and the Universities.

Please do not miss this bi-annual event, which will promote collaborations and better understanding of how climate change, geo-politics and technology will impact different cities in Asia.
