The SIP subcommittee, together with DesignSingapore Council(“Dsg”) have reviewed the first interim report presented by the consultants in early March.
Eden Strategy Institute (“Eden”) has completed 2 of the 6 targeted focus group discussions (“FGD”) and 7 of the 18 targeted in-depth interviews. The remaining 4 FGDs and 11 interviews are scheduled to complete by end of March. Eden presented the interim report to the meeting and there was a rigorous discussion, especially on industry practice. There was much value-add and by the end of the day, the meeting concluded that the consultant needed to amend the report to reflect the many points raised at the meeting. The consultant agreed to amend the report accordingly. We wish to thank all members who have given their time and support for this study. We look forward to concluding the study by April and to submit the final report to our sponsor Dsg. We will share the final report with our members at an appropriate time. |
