Affordable housing and land use in Singapore and Los Angeles

Asia Society Southern California is hosting a conversation on affordable housing and land use in Singapore and Los Angeles. The panelists include Mr Vince Bertoni, Los Angeles’ Director of Planning and Dr Cheong Koon Hean, Chair of the Centre for Livable Cities under the Singaporean Ministry of National Development.

Some of the topics they will discuss are Transit-Oriented Communities (TOCs) in LA, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), the By-Right Housing Ordinance, and Singapore’s model for affordable housing and planning.
